Why it exists

The cost is never printed on the first page.

A home loan agreement runs to forty pages and the number that decides everything is on none of them. The agreement spreads it across a reset clause, a prepayment penalty and a schedule of charges. An endowment policy hides it better still, in mortality charges and a surrender value table that only resolves in year eleven.

Atlas reads the document and computes the answer. Give it the agreement and it returns the total cost across the full term, clause by clause, and shows the arithmetic.
