What decides whether you are happy living in it is the half kilometre around it: how the road behaves in July, how far the nearest decent school is, what comes out of the tap in April, and what the authority has already approved for the empty plot opposite.
That evidence exists, scattered across public records, filings and survey data. TerraIndex gathers it, reads it and assembles one report on the locality, while the booking amount is still in your account.
